We have sold our property (just funded today). We have equally wooden blinds and drapery panels in the living area. We are only leaving the blinds, but buyer are insisting the drapery panels remain. Contract states window coverings…no specific on panels from possibly facet…..what is the definition of window coverings in CA genuine estate?…do we have to leave the panels if the blinds are remaining and cover the window?
The window blinds are remaining…..aren’t people regarded window coverings?
